Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty

At Wish Fine Jewelry, every piece is carefully crafted and thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards and arrives in perfect condition.

We proudly offer a complimentary lifetime craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects on all fine jewelry and bridal pieces purchased directly from Wish Fine Jewelry.

In the rare event that you experience an issue with your jewelry, please contact our team. Each piece will be carefully inspected to determine the cause of the issue and the appropriate repair solution.

What’s Covered

Our lifetime warranty covers verified manufacturing and craftsmanship defects, including:

•⁠  ⁠Loose Stones or Prongs – Stones that become loose due to a defect in the original setting.
•⁠  ⁠Missing Pavé Stones – Small stones that fall out as a result of a confirmed manufacturing defect rather than impact, accidental damage, or normal wear.
•⁠  ⁠Items Arriving Damaged – Jewelry received with visible damage or defects caused during shipping or handling.
•⁠  ⁠Defective Clasps or Closures – Clasps, hinges, or closures that do not function properly due to a manufacturing issue.
•⁠  ⁠Porosity or Structural Metal Defects – Imperfections such as cracks, pits, or air pockets that compromise the integrity or durability of the piece.
•⁠  ⁠Incorrect Product Received – If you receive the wrong item, size, or design variation, we will correct the issue at no additional cost.

What’s Not Covered

The lifetime warranty does not cover:

•⁠  ⁠Lost or stolen jewelry.
•⁠  ⁠Damage caused by impact, accidents, improper care, misuse, or exposure to chemicals.
•⁠  ⁠Lost or damaged stones resulting from impact, wear, or accidental damage rather than a manufacturing defect.
•⁠  ⁠Any repair, resizing, alteration, or stone-setting service performed by a jeweler or third party outside of Wish Fine Jewelry.

Please note: Any modification or repair performed by a third party will void the Wish Fine Jewelry warranty in its entirety.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by our team. If you encounter an issue with your Wish Fine Jewelry piece, please contact us so we can evaluate it and guide you through the repair process.

GIA Certification

Many of our diamonds already include certification from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), one of the world’s most trusted authorities in diamond and gemstone evaluation. A GIA report independently verifies important characteristics such as carat weight, cut, color, and clarity.

For eligible diamonds and gemstones that are not already certified, Wish Fine Jewelry may arrange GIA certification upon request. Certification is generally recommended for larger stones, typically around 1 carat or mor, and availability is subject to the stone’s type, size, condition, and GIA submission requirements.

Certification fees vary according to the stone’s carat weight and the type of report requested. Smaller stones may not qualify for submission or may not be practical to certify individually. Please contact our team to confirm eligibility and receive a personalized quote for your piece.
